So unless you’ve been living under a rock for the past few months you probably know by now that Supergirl is making it’s way to The CW to continue it’s second season. What does that mean for the rest of the Superhero shows that already have a home on the network? Well, nothing besides the fact that we’ll probably get bigger (and hopefully better) crossovers.
As preparation for their panel at San Diego Comic-Con, The CW has released a trailer that serves as a recap and highlight reel for the shows that were already on the network (i.e. Arrow, The Flash, and Legends of Tomorrow). At the same time, it served as an intro in welcoming Supergirl to the network, as she received more time in the trailer as a whole.
The trailer can possibly be considered a spoiler for those who haven’t finished the current seasons of any of these CW shows, so we won’t speak too much on them. What we will say, is that the events in The Flash season 2 finale will probably have the biggest implications on all the other shows. Maybe that will give some explanation as to why Supergirl’s show universe is suddenly inside the world of the Arrowverse. Obviously, we’ll just have to wait and see what takes place when all these shows return this fall. Watch the trailer above to get your recap of the shows.
Supergirl is scheduled to air The CW on Mondays at 8PM CST; The Flash on Tuesdays at 8PM CST; Arrow on Wednesdays at 8PM CST; Legends of Tomorrow at 8PM CST.
