Supergirl Season 2 Headed to The CW

Greg Berlanti is the mastermind behind the superhero shows on the CW, and most of them have been doing exceptionally well. Arrow, The Flash, and Legends of Tomorrow have already been renewed for a second season, but Supergirl, a Greg Berlanti series which landed on CBS rather than The CW has been doing less than super -pun not intended- in comparison to his previous projects. Many people thought that it’s lack of success was due to it been on a separate TV station, and it seems as though that opinion was shared.

Yes, it’s happening folks. Supergirl is being renewed for a second season, but instead of returning to CBS, it’ll be heading over to the CW. Now whether this means the cast will interact with members of the Arrowverse, or if the show will even exist inside the Arrowverse is unknown, but the fact that the show is gonna be around for at least a second season is relieving for some fans.

What about you? Are you excited for the show to make its way to The CW? Let us know in the comment section below.
